Rep. Michael Rodrigues is hoping to move up to Senate. He’s got a fantastic campaign warchest, but at least for now Michael Coogan seems to be running a better and more dynamic campaign. The other three candidates don’t really seem to have their campaigns off the ground yet and so don’t seem like much of a threat yet.
